You will have a program that is specific to your sport, and your ability, delivered via our training app Lumin.

Coaches On-Floor
Morning and evening, you can come and train while our expert Strength & Conditioning coaches are on floor, ensuring you have an expert there to help you with your program, exercises or any questions you may have.

Performance Re-Testing
You will regularly utilise our VALD testing equipment to ensure your program is always updated to be the best fit for you.

Gym Access
Get rid of your membership at your current big box commercial gym, and train here at Full Speed instead, whenever you want (restricted to staffed hours for those under 18 years old).

You’ll be taken to Gymflow, our member management app, where you can enter your details and sign up to the membership. You’ll then receive a welcome email with instructions on booking your initial performance testing & onboarding sessions.

No, there is no sign up fee.

No, there is no contract attached to the ADPLite.

You may suspend your membership for no more than 4 weeks at a time.

Your program will be specific to your sport.

Yes, you will regularly complete a Performance Test to measure your improvements. Your program will then be adjusted accordingly.
