When you join our Athlete Development Program, you will have every single tool at your disposal to ensure you are the most athletic version of yourself you can possibly be.

  • If you aren’t assessing, you’re guessing… and we don’t believe that any athlete should be relying on guesswork. Every athlete that starts working with us receives their own unique Performance Plan™ - a detailed strategy that clearly outlines how to develop your strength, power and speed to improve your overall athleticism. Your Performance Plan™ is based on the results of your testing, so it is completely unique to you and your body. During the testing, we will help you:

    • Pinpoint the weaknesses that are holding you back and bulletproof them once and for all.

    • Identify the blind spots in your performance and discover how to turn them into opportunities that will enhance your sports performance.

    • Reveal the strengths that make you a talented athlete

    By the end of the testing experience, we’ll know how to help you get an edge and advantage on your competition.

  • Using the data from your Performance Plan™, you will have a program written by our expert coaches that is 100% specific and tailored to you and your schedule.

    All your strength and power training, fitness and conditioning, and sprint mechanics will be customised based on what you need to maximise your potential for your sport. Once written, you will move into a 1:1 session with your performance coach - we call this our onboarding session.

    This session will step you through your program so you are totally comfortable and confident in all the movements before joining the ADP semi-private sessions.

  • It’s so important to fuel your body for optimal performance, which is why your third onboarding session takes the form of a consultation with our Sports Dietitian, Alexandra. If you’re like most athletes, you know ‘roughly’ that you should be eating ‘healthily’ - but you’re not that sure exactly what that looks like. During your consultation, you will learn:

    • Exactly what you should be eating for your body, sport and goal; so you can get the 1% edge over your competition (a majority of them aren’t on top of their nutrition)

    • Critical tools around how to eat for optimal recovery, so you can be as fresh as possible for every training session and game day. 

    • How to fuel your body optimally pre and post-game, so you can step out next to your opponent, full of confidence that you already have the edge over them.

  • You’re now ready to begin training in our  Athlete Development sessions. Surrounded by a group of like-minded, motivated athletes and being coached by an expert S&C coach is what you can expect once you start your training. Every 6 weeks you will be re-tested, and based on the results of the re-test, will have your program assessed and updated.

  • We believe that if you don't measure, you cannot manage. This is why every 6 weeks, you will undergo a full performance testing protocol - ensuring we are maintaining the correct course toward your end goal. Your progress can be measured, and program updated accordingly.

  5. Access To A Sports Dietitian 

    Fuelling your body for optimum performance is an area that is commonly overlooked by aspiring athletes. Proper nutrition is crucial for success, as our Dietitian Alexandra will be able to show you. She has experience working with the Geelong Cats VFL side, so brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience at the elite level.

 FAQs

  • There is an initial investment of $149 prior to commencing the ADP. This covers your onboarding sessions; one in the gym and one nutrition consultation with our Dietitian. A large portion of this investment can be claimed using your private healthcare.

  • In order to see genuine improvements, you'll need to invest time and effort into your training. For this reason, we operate in commitment blocks of 6 months. There is no pay as you go/casual option available.

  • We require two weeks written notice for all membership suspensions, you may only suspend your membership for 4 weeks per 6 month block.

  • Unlimited. Your program will dictate how many sessions per week you'll need to complete, depending on your schedule.

  • Yes. Every program is 100% tailored to you, your goals, and your schedule.

  • Yes. Your program will involve specific speed and agility work at a nearby athletics track.

  • Yes. Every 6 weeks you will complete a Performance Test to measure your improvements. Your program will then be adjusted accordingly.

  • Our Junior ADP takes any athletes from ages of 11 onwards, however if you are younger we are happy to assess your application on a case by case basis.

  • $99.95 per week.
