Your Initial Assessment Explained.

Your initial assessment is a comprehensive, 60 minute appointment in which we will:

1.Test & Assess

Your physio will utilise our state of the art VALD suite of testing technology to get a numbers driven analysis of your injury. The days of subjective injury assessments are gone; we are the leaders in objective, data-driven injury assessments. The human eye can sometimes lie, numbers don’t.

2. Diagnose & Treat

Following our in-depth data driven injury testing and assessment, your physio will now diagnose your injury and provide you with treatment to relieve any pain or discomfort you are in.

3. Educate & Inform

Your physio will now spend time with you going through your injury, and ensuring you have a sound understanding of what your treatment plan looks like moving forward. You’ll have 100% clarity on what your injury is, and what the plan is to get you better.

Here’s some more proof.

Our Philosophy.

Our philosophy has been refined over years of hands on experience with a range of diverse clientele.

  • We need to determine where and why you are experiencing your symptoms. Then, we will provide ways to speed up healing. We may utilise hands on treatment here, along with VALD testing equipment to get an objective measurement of where you are in your rehab journey.

  • Now, we rebuild your specific load that your injury requires to ensure optimal recovery - we do this via a detailed load plan. Re-introduction of the key performance components of your sport will occur.

  • Here is where you start to regain strength in the areas that need it most. Your return to high performance has begun.

  • Next, we’ll replicate aspects (eventually entire actions and forces) of your sport into your rehab - in preparation for returning to sport.

  • Finally, you return to sport - stronger, faster and more robust than pre-injury.
