Our Treatment Explained.
Diagnose
Ever come away from a physio consult scratching your head, still none the wiser as to what your injury actually is? Our thorough assessment and diagnosis protocol has clarity at the forefront, so you’ll never be in the dark about what the nature of your injury is.
Collaborate
Exercise based rehab is at the core of what we do, having seen its effectiveness at the elite level. Our performance coaches work side by side with our physios to ensure the most robust, exercise based rehab plan is created for you.
Innovate
Our team are industry leaders, and are constantly researching and implementing new methods of treatment to get the best outcomes for you. A cutting edge, modern & unique approach to physio ensures you’ll be receiving the most effective treatment available.
Technology Based Rehab.
Like all the professional sporting clubs, we utilise cutting edge VALD objective measurement technology to assess and understand deficits.
Numbers don’t lie.
Elite Level Care.
Our Head of Medical, Daniel, was a physiotherapist at Western United for multiple years. He was an integral part of their recent championship win. Want to know what the standard of care is like at the elite level?
When you rehab your injury with us, you will.
Our Philosophy.
-
We need to determine where and why you are experiencing your symptoms. Then, we will provide ways to speed up healing. We may utilise hands on treatment here, along with VALD testing equipment to get an objective measurement of where you are in your rehab journey.
-
Now, we rebuild your specific load that your injury requires to ensure optimal recovery - we do this via a detailed load plan. Re-introduction of the key performance components of your sport will occur.
-
Here is where you start to regain strength in the areas that need it most. Your return to high performance has begun.
-
Next, we’ll replicate aspects (eventually entire actions and forces) of your sport into your rehab - in preparation for returning to sport.
-
Finally, you return to sport - stronger, faster and more robust than pre-injury.
Our philosophy has been refined over years of hands on experience with a range of diverse clientele.
