Anterior Cruciate Ligament (ACL) Rehabilitation

Our proven ACL rehab program will not only allow you to return to sport, but will have you stronger, faster and more athletic than you were pre-rupture.

100% return to sport

This is what we are so proud of.

Statistically, only around half of athletes return to sport after having ACL surgery, with re-rupture rates reported to be around 30-40% in some cohorts.

But, we have seen ALL of our ACL program graduates return to the same level or higher, with re-rupture rates as low as 2%

We take the athlete, sport, surgical type and training history into account when planning your rehab.

You’re In The Hands Of The Experts.

Our Philosophy

Our Physiotherapists are experienced, educated and well-trained to hone in on your exact problem, which is swiftly followed by an expertly planned (in collaboration with our high-performance coaches) rehabilitation program, whilst keeping your personal goals at the forefront.

Our rehabilitation programs place exercise at the centre of our approach, which leads to sustainable, long-lasting results.

We treat all our clients like athletes, allowing them to enjoy terrific outcomes.

Our clinic boasts a gym floor that rivals what is seen in elite level sporting clubs. It has everything you need to succeed in your rehabilitation.

Not only are our physiotherapists amazing at collaborating with our strength and conditioning staff to develop bulletproof plans, they are also around when things need a little bit of TLC.

We can mobilise joints, massage muscles, and strap on tape; all to alleviate the countless number of issues and discomforts that are often married with injuries.

We’ll say it again and again. Our staff are passionate. When it comes to rehab, they have all undergone further study upon graduating and have experience working with elite-level athletes in a number of sports.

Our staff are all itching to learn and complete regular professional development to ensure we are always providing optimal and elite-level care.

We know what it takes, physically, to perform. We will use whatever means necessary to ensure you heal as optimally as possible, but also perform at higher levels upon returning. We use a five stage process to develop a resilient and robust body. Everyone goes through these five stages at different speeds.
