At Full Speed Performance Pty Ltd, we understand that plans can change and unforeseen circumstances may arise. Service Cancellation
Notice of Appointment Cancellation:
1. Clients are required to notify Full Speed Performance Pty Ltd of any cancellation or rescheduling needs for appointments as soon as possible.
2. Cancellations or rescheduling requests for services must be made 24 hours before the scheduled service time to avoid any cancellation fees.
Cancellation Fees for Programs & Courses:
If you wish to cancel your program or course within the initial period, you will be required to pay out all remaining monies owed for that period.
Product Returns and Refunds
Return Period:
1. Customers may return faulty products purchased from Full Speed Performance Pty Ltd within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange, subject to the conditions outlined below. We do not offer any change of mind returns or refunds.
Condition of Returned Products:
1. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging, tags, and accessories included. Products that are damaged, used, or not in their original packaging may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Refund Process:
1. Refunds for products will be processed within 3-5 business days of receiving the returned product.
2. Services or products cancelled or returned outside of the allowable period will be subject to the stated cancellation fees or may not be eligible for a refund.
Exceptions:
Full Speed Performance Pty Ltd recognizes that exceptional circumstances can occur with both product purchases and service bookings. As such, we reserve the right to make exceptions to the above policy on a case-by-case basis.
Changes to Cancellation and Return Policy:
Full Speed Performance Pty Ltd reserves the right to modify this cancellation and return policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting the updated policy on our website. It is the client’s responsibility to review the cancellation and return policy periodically.
